Responsibilities

Produce various reports before and after the departure of each ship; Perform various data entry (inventory, daily, weekly, monthly reports); Inventory follow-up; Produce and follow up invoices; Produce and follow up purchase orders with the purchasing system (Match error); Declare hours worked for unionized workers; Perform clerical tasks such as mail, filing, call forwarding; Declaration of cargo; Perform all other related tasks.

Qualifications

AEC in office automation; One (1) to three (3) years' experience in a similar position; Intermediate level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; Ability to learn and work in a changing environment; Autonomous, resourceful and organized; Ability to work under pressure; Have an intermediate level of written and spoken English.
