Customer Service Officer

Position: Customer Service Officer Job Description:

• Responsible for customer inquiries.
• Process customer change request with accuracy.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely by reviewing customer purchase order for accuracy, freight terms, pricing, etc.
• Research and resolve order entry issue like pricing, order alerts, holds and other issues per customer requests and make sure order is booked timely in ERP system.
