Implementation Manager - Admin & Finance

What You Can Expect : The Implementation Manager – Admin & Finance (A&F) plays a crucial role in the rollout of Rhenus Transport Management System (TMS) with a specialization in administration and finance functions. Focused on the financial aspects of business processes in the freight forwarding industry, this role will involve project management and operational excellence.

Lead and coordinate activities related to operational finance aspects of Rhenus TMS and rollout across the APAC region. Sales/ Purchase invoice, GL code mapping, financial reporting, accruals, financial data maintenance, etc. Conduct and support financial gap analyses from existing to new system. Provide support as a TMS, finance expert, to resolve escalations from users.

Conduct training sessions on administration and finance functionalities within Rhenus application landscape. Coordinate business requirements with relevant stakeholders for new developments, improvements and bug fixes. Testing of new feature releases to ensure it meets business requirements and functions as required. Create and maintain detailed project documentation (timeline, plannings, allocation plan, etc.)

Ensure alignment with global operational financial standards in all applicable countries. What You Bring: Experience in operational finance or project management role, ideally in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Strong understanding of accounting principles and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Basic understanding of IT applications and technology within a business environment. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent in executing tasks. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.

Strong organizational skills, with attention to details and the ability to multitask. Willingness to travel as required.
