Sr Manager, Clinical Training & Development

The Sr. Manager, Clinical Training and Development is responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating education and training programs that support Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and corporate teammates. The Sr. Manager partners with Clinical leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. operations, ASC center administrators, etc) to identify learning needs, develop training solutions, coordinate implementation, and evaluate program effectiveness.

The position requires experience in education and training, prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting, strong project management and facilitation skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively across teams.
