Mission Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services required for manufacturing operations, balancing cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity while supporting business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships for assigned categories. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to achieve the best commercial outcomes. Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply risks. Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation. Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier data in SAP.

Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities through market and supplier analysis. Partner with cross-functional teams to support production, new product launches, and supply chain initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and sustainability requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing. Automotive industry experience preferred. Strong supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management skills. SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills.

Good understanding of manufacturing, material planning, and supply chain processes. Fluent German and English. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
