Recruitment Associate (Freshers) – Canadian Staffing Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Experience: Freshers / 0–1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift / Canadian Business Hours Industry: Recruitment & Staffing About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team supporting Canadian staffing operations .

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in building a career in recruitment. You will receive training on the Canadian recruitment process, sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and staffing industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels. Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates. Communicate with candidates through phone calls, emails, and other professional channels. Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic qualifications.

Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Work closely with recruiters and account managers to meet hiring targets.

Ensure professional and timely communication with candidates. Learn and follow Canadian staffing and recruitment processes Requirements Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply. Good command of English. Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet browsing. Strong willingness to learn and build a career in recruitment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good follow-up skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with Canadian business hours .
