Business Development Manager

What You Will Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, contractors, engineers, specifiers, distributors and key industry stakeholders Develop and execute territory growth plans that deliver sustainable revenue and margin outcomes. Identify, qualify and convert major project opportunities across Queensland with focus on the South-East.

Drive product specifications and position ITW solutions as the preferred choice. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and market intelligence. Collaborate across business functions to achieve outstanding customer outcomes. What You Bring : You're a confident, driven and resilient sales professional who thrives on winning business and building long-term customer relationships.

You enjoy being out in the market, creating opportunities, expanding networks and uncovering new business: You will also bring: Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills with the ability to tailor your style to your audience Proven success in business development, sales or account management roles; experience within construction, building products, infrastructure or a related industry is highly regarded.

A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to winning business and strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision makers. Demonstrated ability to build, manage and convert a pipeline of opportunities. Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
