Substitute Custodian

District Substitute Custodian QUALIFICATIONS : High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of plant operations and maintenance, cleaning methods and procedures Ability to read, write and communicate effectively Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Cleans and maintains classrooms, offices, hallways, restrooms, and other school facilities.

Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, buffs, and waxes floors and cleans windows and other surfaces as needed. Moves and sets up or dismantles furniture, equipment, and supplies as directed. Removes debris and assists with snow and ice removal from school grounds as needed. Maintains supplies and performs minor repairs to doors, locks, furniture, and other building fixtures.

Operates and monitors building systems and supports established safety and security procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds or designee. PAY RATE : $27 per hour Job ID #1794 Please apply via Applitrack
