WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Assistant Manager,you'll work alongside the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly while building a strong team and delivering outstandingcustomer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily store operations and ensuring a great customer experience

• Supervising, coaching, and motivating team members

• Leading by example to promote exceptional customer service

• Assisting with inventory management, cash handling, and store security

• Helping with employee scheduling, staffing, and training

• Stocking merchandise and maintaining a clean, organized store

• Supporting food service operations

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards

• Resolving customer concerns professionally and creating a welcoming environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a team-oriented leader who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Previous customer service and cash handling experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• The ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team

• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge

• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Flexible availability to meet business needs

Experience in convenience stores,retail, food service, or hospitality management is a plus, but it's not required. We're interested in finding the right person with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn!
