Temporary Pediatric Physical Therapist

Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 12-week temporary assignment supporting our pediatric therapy clinics in Conroe and The Woodlands, Texas . This position is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for a short-term assignment with a full caseload from day one and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced pediatric therapy team.

Position Details Assignment Length: 12 weeks Start Date: January 4, 2027 Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Hours: 40 hours per week Locations: Conroe and The Woodlands, TX Caseload: Full schedule at both locations upon starting Employment Type: Temporary / Travel Assignment Salary Range: $48-$56 per billable hour (unit based); $70 per evaluation What You'll Do Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized goals and treatment plans Collaborate with families and other members of the therapy team Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Provide family education and recommendations to support progress outside of therapy Transition smoothly into an established caseload and clinic schedule Why Cole Health?

Qualifications
