Position Summary
The Process Delivery Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end operational delivery of a defined finance function, ensuring high‑quality execution, continuous improvement, and alignment with global and regional priorities. This role oversees daily operations, service levels, team performance, capability planning, and stakeholder communication while driving operational excellence across processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end delivery of a defined finance process or function (P2P, O2C, R2R), ensuring consistent execution and compliance with internal controls and policies. Drive daily operations, monitoring performance against service level agreements (SLAs), accuracy targets, and timeliness requirements. Implement best practices, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Lead and develop team leads and analysts, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support. Oversee workload allocation, workforce planning, and capacity management to meet evolving business needs. Foster a high‑performing, collaborative team culture centered on accountability, quality, and service excellence.
Manage hiring needs for the function, partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard strong talent. Build organizational capability through structured training, upskilling programs, and knowledge management practices. Interact with Global Process Owners (GPOs and regional teams, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements, process alignment, escalation management, and shared improvement priorities.
Communicate performance metrics, risk areas, and improvement opportunities to senior stakeholders with clarity and insight.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in finance operations, shared services, or process management. Proven leadership experience, managing teams and driving performance. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Familiarity with ERP and workflow systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday). Preferred Experience working with global or regional finance teams. Background in process transformation, continuous improvement, or lean methodologies.
