Project Manager- Energy Management / Building Automation

What You’ll Do Support project documentation, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Track materials, subcontractors, and project milestones Assist with technician coordination and field communication Help manage billing forecasts, percent-complete tracking, and WIP reporting Support closeout documentation and warranty letters Begin learning BAS platforms (WebCTRL, Distech) for basic navigation and reporting What We’re Looking For Construction experience required (BAS/controls preferred) Highly organized with strong communication skills Comfortable reading construction documents Proficient in Microsoft Office Motivated to grow into a full Project Manager role HTS provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by laws.
