Custodian/Clean Up Helper

General Custodian ($15.00/hr) | Part-Time | Church Facility Pay: $16.00 per hour Job Description We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Custodian to maintain a church facility in Jacksonville, FL . This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, organized, and welcoming.

Position Details Location: Jacksonville, FL Schedule: Monday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM Sunday: 3–4 hours in the afternoon Pay: $15.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate openings available Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, classrooms, hallways, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors Empty trash and replace liners Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces Restock restroom and janitorial supplies Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Perform additional custodial duties as assigned Requirements Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check Job Type Part-time Application Questions Do you have reliable transportation?
