Enterprise AI Architect

Job Description: What This Role Is All About Likewize is seeking an Enterprise AI Architect to join our IT Development team at our office in Alpharetta, Georgia (or our headquarters in Southlake, Texas). As our Enterprise AI Architect, you'll play a hands-on role in identifying, designing, and implementing AI solutions that solve real business challenges across the organization. Working closely with technology and business teams, you'll evaluate emerging AI capabilities, develop scalable architectures, build practical use cases, and help integrate AI into the way we work.

You'll also help establish best practices for responsible AI adoption while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, turning ideas into reality, and creating measurable impact through applied AI. Your Key Areas of Focus Lead the enterprise AI architecture vision, strategy, and adoption roadmap across the organization.

Partner with engineering, product, operations, and business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven innovation and efficiency. Establish architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI-enabled solutions, automations, and workflows. Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, tools, and technologies that align with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and aligned with responsible AI principles. Support architects, developers, and technical teams on AI-assisted development, solution design, governance, and adoption best practices. What We’re Looking For 5 - 8 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related technical discipline.

Proven experience driving AI initiatives, AI-enabled development practices, or enterprise AI transformation efforts. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Amazon Bedrock, or similar enterprise AI technologies. Strong technical expertise in modern application architecture, including .

NET, JavaScript frameworks, SQL, and AWS. Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, automation, quality, or decision-making. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.

Extra Skills We’d Love to See Experience in integrating enterprise platforms and applications, including ERP systems such as Net. Suite. Previous professional experience in the insurance or telecommunications industry. Familiarity with responsible AI governance, security, compliance, and change management practices. Experience leading cross-functional teams on AI productivity tools and enterprise AI adoption strategies.
