Medical Receptionist / Call Centre Agent

Join our team as a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent (Dual Role) . This role is primarily based at our Marsden Park clinic and will provide assistance to our Castle Hill clinic as needed. We are open to full-time or part-time arrangements, with shifts available from Monday to Friday between 8.00am-5.00pm. Role Overview: As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures. Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally. Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans. Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA. Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we’re looking for: ✅ Previous radiology experience would be an advantage. ✅ Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. ✅ Maintains a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills. ✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow. ✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
