ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As a DSP, your day will be what you make it! You will work with our Individuals with developmental disabilities providing supervision and support, assisting with daily activities for living, providing safe transportation, and supplying accurate documentation of care and services provided. BUT you can accomplish these duties in a fun and satisfying manner by serving as a friend and mentor to our individuals, while planning, encouraging and carrying out fun and fruitful social and occupational activities!

Qualifications

Must successfully pass the DOT physical. High School diploma or GED Current Ohio Driver’s License with acceptable driving record Acceptable Criminal Background verification Willingness to provide fun yet responsible supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities.
