Location: Opportunities available throughout San Francisco, Peninsula, East Bay, South Bay. Position Summary

Alpha. Care Home Health is seeking compassionate Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping patients regain mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, safety, and home programs Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Graduate of an accredited PTA program Ability to work independently in a home health setting New graduates welcome Benefits Flexible scheduling Mileage/toll reimbursement License renewal reimbursement Supportive clinical team and leadership Equal Opportunity Employer: Alpha.
