Manufacturing Engineer II We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who is concerned with determining and implementing the optimal manufacturing methods and process for producing company products efficiently. We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.

Our Facility in Carson, CA is our Engineered Products Group location, which houses our Human Machine Interface, Motion Control Device, Radiofrequency Departments.

Job Summary

Lead cross functional teams to support RCCA activities on CARs and DMRs. Support continuous improvement projects utilizing lean and six sigma tools. Design manufacturing processes, work instructions, and shop floor layouts. Create and update routing information (cycle times, notes, etc.) Support NPI teams with development of manufacturing processes and procedures for new products.

Estimate labor hours for new and existing products. Train production personnel on the proper use and execution of tools, processes, and procedures. Design, test, and validate tooling and fixtures. Support production operations and personnel on technical issues. Communicate with customers, vendors, and suppliers on projects on technical issues as required.
