Paraprofessional (San Clemente)

Job Summary

Provide individualized support to students with special needs. Assist students with the development of daily living skills. Ensure safety and well being of students in various school settings. Support with academic growth and building independence Monday-Friday.

Requirements

/ Qualifications Experience -1+ year working with students as an aide, behavior interventionist, or teacher preferred Comments and Other Information Required Knowledge/Skills: -Knowledge of and willingness to learn child cognitive development and different learning styles -Ability and willingness to implement CRLA’s Instructional Guidelines and Best Practices -Ability and willingness to reflect and improve -Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with colleagues, parents and community
