Maintain responsibility for chronic care medication renewals, monitoring, and ordering necessary labs/diagnostics (including X-ray interpretation) during your shift.

Ensure all patient encounters and orders are meticulously documented in the EMR before the end of your shift to facilitate a clean hand-off to the next provider. The Ideal Candidate: We need a provider who thrives in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and possesses: ER-Level Decision Making: The ability to prioritize cases in a "triage" mindset.
