Plant Manager-Plastic Injection Molding

We are seeking qualified individuals for the role of Plant Manager to manage our facility in Seneca, SC.

Responsibilities

Hands-on knowledge and experience with technical plastic injection molding process, quality, tooling, and materials management systems. Environment is fast-paced, action-oriented, and high-energy. The individual must have high-level organizational and time management skills to balance time and priorities. Position is responsible for the overall efficiency, safety, and profitable operation of the facility.

Requires coordination of all production floor activities, including scheduling needs, toolroom, and equipment maintenance. Candidates must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to maintain an effective team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Manufacturing 5 years Management Experience: 5 years Plastics injection molding: 5 years Work Location: In person
