Shift : 3rd (10:55pm-7:05am) plus $1 shift differential What You’ll Do Run Injection Molding machines by loading/unloading parts and making basic adjustments Inspect parts and take measurements to ensure top-quality production Keep machines running smoothly with basic maintenance and troubleshooting Track production, maintain workflow, and communicate issues quickly Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, 6IMS) and escalate issues as needed What You Bring Experience 1–2 years in a manufacturing or machine operator role (3+ years is a plus) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Skills Mechanical mindset with the ability to learn Injection Molding processes Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable reading work instructions and using measurement tools Basic math, computer skills, and understanding of the metric system Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to show up and contribute Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing setting with active machinery and production flow PPE required (safety glasses and safety toe shoes) Team-focused environment where your work makes a direct impact Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull materials with equipment Stay active with constant movement, hand use, and standing Perform occasional bending, reaching, and kneeling Why IMS Gear Competitive pay and benefits 3 weeks of PTO Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with 4% company match Employer-paid life insurance Company paid short- and long-term disability coverage Paid vacation and holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities Employee recognition and appreciation programs This job description is not intended to be a complete list of duties or responsibilities.
