Job Description:
- Onsite manage the sorting operation and workers in warehouse.
- Operational Excellence: improve sorting processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement lean principles and methodologies to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in sorting and packaging operations. Night shift for certain amount of working days each week. Job Requirements: 1. 1-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse or operations management.
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement.
- Strong written and oral communication skill in English.
