Des Plaines IL 60016(847)328-4090We will be hosting open interviews for all Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)/Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work at our Community Day Services program and in the group home setting. Our community-based group homes are located in Des Plaines, Evanston, Highland Park, Lake Zurich, Mount Prospect, Morton Grove, Niles, and Buffalo Grove,. We are excited about the opportunity to share more information about our agency, programs and the services we provide those we support.Location & Schedule: Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) Home Shifts. Afternoon: 2pm -12am Monday
• Thursday Overnight: 9pm-11am Monday- Thursday. Afternoon Weekend: 2pm-12am Friday. 9am-9pm Saturday and Sunday. Overnight weekend: 11pm-9am Friday 9pm-9am Saturday and Sunday.
