Material Handler

As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in supporting daily waste processing operations by safely moving materials, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with core plant functions. Key Responsibilities

Safely load and unload 16-foot and 26-foot box trucks. Move and position trucks at loading docks and designated unloading areas. Use hand trucks and other equipment to safely move materials and products. Receive incoming inventory and properly store items in designated warehouse locations. Perform inventory counts and assist with order fulfillment.

Accurately track and document daily inventory, processing, and production activity. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines. Keep warehouse areas, loading/unloading zones, and equipment clean, organized, and free of hazards. Work with team members and supervisors to complete daily tasks and meet productivity goals.

Assist with process improvements and special projects as needed. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred. 0-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, sanitation, or labor experience preferred. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and push/pull loads up to 200 pounds. Reliable transportation. Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends as needed.

Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check and drug screening.
