Position- Client Service Executive Exp- 2-3 yrs Location- Mumbai (Thane) Notice Period- Immediate Joiner- 15 days Skills- Client-handling skills, SEO processes and website project flow, tools like Click Up, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business, communication skills Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Service Executive to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, track project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams (Web, SEO, and Support). Coordinate website updates, SEO activities, client approvals, and project deliverables. Manage client emails and WhatsApp queries within defined timelines. Convert client requests into tasks using Click. Up and ensure timely follow-ups.

Conduct client onboarding, introductory calls, and periodic review meetings. Understand client requirements, share updates, and resolve concerns efficiently.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong client-handling and interpersonal skills. Good coordination, organization, and follow-up abilities. Basic knowledge of SEO processes and website project management. Familiarity with Click. Up, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business.
