Job description

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory-IAM Lead Engineer to drive transformation initiatives across our Workforce and IGA domains. This role will be pivotal in delivering secure, scalable, identity solutions across the enterprise. Duties & Responsibilities

  • · Lead IAM Transformation: Drive modernization efforts across customer and workforce identity platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational security and scalability goals.
  • · Platform Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Active Directory identity-related issues and platform challenges.
  • · Documentation & Design: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system wireframes, and technical documentation to support IAM processes.
  • · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across business units, acting as a trusted advisor for identity and access initiatives.
  • · Security & Stability: Ensure all systems, applications, and processes adhere to security best practices and remain stable and compliant.
  • · Standards-Based Approach: Implement scalable identity solutions leveraging industry standards and frameworks.

Requirements

6–8 years in Active Directory, with a focus on Identity and Access Managemen, with proven experience in transformation projects. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Active Directory in a hybrid environment. Strong understanding of Conditional Access, RBAC, and Zero Trust frameworks. Documentation Skills: Ability to create SOPs, wireframes, and technical documentation.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex identity and platform issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • · Experience in large-scale IAM transformations.
  • · Familiarity with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO).
