Please contact: maddison.montgomery@catawba.com Job Summary: Catawba Two Kings Casino is seeking a Cage Operations Technician Manager to join our team. Under the direction of the Cage Director, the ATM & Kiosk Technician Manager is responsible for optimal performance and uptime of cage operations machinery. This includes performing cash fills and preventative maintenance of cage operations machinery, troubleshooting multi-functional kiosk / ATM machines, jackpot dispenser units, recycler units, cage cashier dispensers, and cash cassettes. The Cage Operations Technician Manager is responsible for coordinating with various departments with receiving new shipments of equipment, moving equipment to install locations, installing locks on new equipment, and ensuring new equipment is installed / operational by established deadlines. Candidates should have computer proficiency and be familiar with Gaming Commission regulations. Responsibilities

• Develop a scheduled preventative maintenance program on all cage operations equipment to maintain quality function, improve equipment life, and prevent future downtime on all currency and coin equipment used.
• Hire, train, develop technicians to facilitate optimal uptime on cage operations machinery.
• Measure, monitor, and report on the cage operations equipment repair and uptime processes and results.
• Diagnoses and resolves operational problems with the equipment, including actively fixing currency and ticket jams in acceptors and dispensers to ensure the equipment is quickly returned to use.
• Perform complex repairs on multi-functional kiosks Atm machines, jackpot dispenser units, recycler units, cage cashier dispensers, cash cassettes and collaborate with external technicians when necessary.
• Coordinate with departments and vendors on installation of new equipment including owning weekly status calls, receiving shipments, moving equipment to install locations, and ensuring new equipment is operational by established deadlines.
• Install locks and perform lock repair on new cage operation equipment and existing cage operations equipment including cash cassettes.
• Build out a tech shop and take ownership of inventory and part orders on cage operations equipment.
• Assist the kiosk team members with preparing kiosk currency cassettes for daily fills.
• Performs the secure drop process, which includes removing and securing used currency cassettes and auditing ticket/cash deposits.
• Counts, verifies, and reconciles the returned currency from cassettes using high-speed counting equipment, performing regular inventory counts of all transferred and returned funds.
• Prepares meticulous paperwork for each fund transfer, drop, and fill, generates necessary reconciliation documents, and maintains accurate, auditable records of all transactions.
• Maintains strict adherence to all Gaming Commission Regulations, department policies and procedures, demonstrating strong knowledge of Title 31 (Bank Secrecy Act) requirements and all other gaming regulations related to cash and fund transfers.
• Adheres strictly to all internal controls and security protocols established for cash handling, currency movement, and kiosk access.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Stay abreast of current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicate pertinent information to management, peers, direct reports and employees as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.Qualifications: Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Two (2) years of Field Support Technician Management experience with Everi ATM Kiosks is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Support Technician, preferably with kiosk, ATM, or gaming hardware.
• Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 100 lbs) for installation and repairs.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and embedded software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Must possesses strong knowledge of MS Office software.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, using the English language
• Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to secondhand cigarette smoke).
• Be flexible to work varying shifts and schedules as needed.
