Lead academic planning and curriculum design for MLCs Train, mentor, and support grassroots educators and field coordinators Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes; ensure child-centric, contextual pedagogy Conduct field visits to ensure academic quality and provide real-time support Coordinate with M&E, content, and community teams to promote inclusive, impactful education
