We’re looking for an enthusiastic LPN who brings a positive attitude, strong clinical skills, and a team-first mindset to our growing in-clinic team. What You’ll Do Collaborate with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to support exceptional patient care. Follow established standing orders, clinical protocols, and company policies. Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures. Administer intramuscular (IM) injections. Obtain patient vital signs and perform other appropriate supervised clinical functions.

Assist with EKGs and related clinical procedures. Maintain laboratory equipment, accurate documentation, and quality-control standards. Monitor inventory, complete weekly counts, and assist with supply ordering. Support laboratory directors with operations in a moderately complex medical laboratory. Help create a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience.

What We’re Looking For Active, unencumbered LPN license in Ohio or a qualifying multistate license. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check. Strong communication skills and a professional, patient-focused approach. A dependable, team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality care.

Your Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Every other Wednesday Rotating Saturdays, as scheduled Enjoy a schedule designed to support work-life balance! Clinic Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, rotating Saturdays No night shifts.
