What You'll Do

Greet customers and provide a professional dealership experience. Learn customer needs and present vehicles, features, pricing, and available promotions. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives. Build customer relationships through prospecting, follow-up, and scheduled appointments. Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM.

Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process while maintaining current product knowledge.

What You'll Bring

1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience Comfortable building relationships and following up with customers. Confidence learning vehicle features, products, and sales processes. Organized approach to customer follow-up, appointments, and CRM activity. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
