Equipment Engineer

Equipment Engineer Responsible for selection, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new Laminating machines for solar panel manufacturing; manage daily maintenance, repair, and upkeep of machines; develop equipment operating procedures, conduct fault analysis and devise solutions; oversee procurement of spare parts and manage consumable spare parts inventory; organize maintenance team and identify potential risk factors and develop and refine maintenance and repair plans to enhance equipment stability; conduct training for equipment technicians and create operating manuals for system equipment.
