IT Field Technician
Job description
The Field Technician works on-site, via telephone, or travelling to individual business units as part of the overall I.T. team. And follows established protocols ensuring the consistent operation and maintenance of hardware within a prescribed territory, to the benefit and satisfaction of each individual business unit.
