Patient Success Manager

Full-Time

• Mequon, WI Starting Pay: $22-26/ hr Shift/Hours: Monday & Friday 11am - 5pm, Tuesday
• Thursday 11am - 6pm Key Responsibilities: Reception Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment. Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Phone Line Management: Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally. Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources. Coordinate with medical staff to manage appointment calendars. Patient Support: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns. Assist with patient registration and documentation. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus. Previous experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a reception or administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
