Customer Value Proposition Manager

Job Description To formulate and execute tactical customer value proposition strategies for the sub-segments within the Retail segment. The role is responsible for growing customer acquisition, engagement, revenue, and profitability through CX improvements, innovative propositions, partnerships, and customer-centric solutions aligned to segment needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the value proposition strategy for the relevant subsegment(s)/niche(s) Use customer, market, and competitor insights to identify and unlock growth opportunities and shape proposition design Drive acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, and engagement initiatives Manage the proposition lifecycle from design and delivery to optimisation and performance monitoring.

Partner with Product, Digital, Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Risk, and Operations to deliver aligned customer solutions. Build partnerships that support the relevant subsegment(s)/niche(s) Manage and report on delivery plans, budgets, business cases, and return on investment Track proposition performance, customer behaviour, profitability, and management information Minimum Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or related field Honours Degree advantageous.
