Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities: Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to move load and unload pallets and materials throughout production and warehouse areas Handle irregular bulky or uniform items including loading and unloading materials from trucks high stacks and warehouse racks Monitor production lines pull products as needed and perform quality checks on wrapping labels and pallet conditions Use scanning tools and computer systems to track product movement, complete production shipping, receiving documentation and support inventory accuracy Operate additional equipment such as electric or manual hand trucks and rework damaged pallets when necessary Maintain a clean safe work environment by following all safety policies, procedures and supporting other general warehouse or production tasks as assigned Willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or variable shifts with advance notice Perform duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbal and written Able to work indoors and outdoors, including at heights of 4 feet or more, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
