Bilingual Dental Office Manager

2K Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead a busy, established dental practice in Tremont/Cleveland, Ohio . We are looking for a confident, organized leader with strong dental office management experience who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and understands collections, scheduling, patient relations, and team leadership.

Our Cleveland practice serves a diverse patient population with a high Medicaid patient base , making experience with Medicaid dental patients and programs highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations, workflow, and patient experience. Manage collections, insurance processes, and revenue cycle activities. Oversee scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient relations. Lead, support, and develop the office team while promoting teamwork and employee retention. Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish regarding office policies, treatment, scheduling, and financial matters.

Monitor office performance and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Address operational issues and provide additional support as needed. Maintain a positive, professional, and patient-focused office environment.

Qualifications

Previous dental office management experience required. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Medicaid dental experience strongly preferred. Strong understanding of dental terminology, office operations, collections, and insurance processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-doctor environment.

Comfortable working with and supporting a diverse patient population. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. Position Details Schedule: Monday–Friday Benefits: Full benefits available M-TH: 9am-5pm F: 8am-2pm
