Maxime’s is a private member’s club by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team. This position plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of our kitchen and back-of-house operations.

What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Dishwasher, or in a similar kitchen support role preferred. Experience within fine dining, luxury hospitality, hotel, or private club environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Food Safety Certification preferred but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a world-class culinary team.
