Quality Engineer - Manufacturing (Must be authorized)

We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to be based out of our Kokomo, IN plant. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this person will support manufacturing operations by monitoring product quality, analyzing defects, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role focuses on reducing waste, improving process capability, and maintaining customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.

The individual will serve as a change agent and represent the Quality function on assigned project teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
