Mission Each year, EPFL welcomes students from all over the world, whether for an academic exchange, for a Master's project or for other laboratory projects. The Mobility Office of the Registrar's Office is looking for an administrative specialist for the management of exchange students. Main duties and responsibilities Your duties, as part of a team of 6 people :

• Administrative management of students coming for an academic exchange for courses at the Bachelor and Master level (Incoming)
• Organisation of welcome events for Incoming students
• Support of the Mobility Office (processing of applications, receipt of grant contracts, payment of grants, etc.)
• Answering questions from universities, students, laboratories and other internal services.
