Personal Trainer

Anytime Fitness | New Palestine, IN: Anytime Fitness New Palestine is growing, and we're looking for a full-time personal trainer who wants more than just a job. This is a career for someone who loves helping people become the best version of themselves and wants to build something meaningful on the east side of Indianapolis.

What you'll do

Train clients one-on-one and in small groups, building custom programs around their goals. Build and grow your own client base through in-club relationships, referrals, and community engagement. Conduct fitness assessments and consultations for new members. Motivate, coach, and hold clients accountable so they get real results.

Represent the New Palestine community as the face of health and fitness in our club. Who we're looking for: Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) — or willingness to obtain one. A genuine passion for helping others reach their goals. Self-motivated and driven — this is a commission-based role, and your effort directly drives your income.

Strong communication skills and a coachable, team-first attitude. Prior personal training or coaching experience is a plus, but energy and work ethic matter more.
