Legacy Community Federal Credit Union is looking for the right candidate to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

We rely on the Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the President and to serve as the liaison to the Board of Directors. This position coordinates arrangements for our Board of Directors, Committees, and other meetings by confirming the meeting location, meals, and necessary technology. Additionally, the Executive Assistant plans the Board Strategic Planning Symposium and employee social events, including keeping minutes, preparing agendas, coordinating with vendors, and monitoring the event budget. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!

• Three to five years of similar or related experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Budgeting experience
• At least 1 year of event planning is preferred
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite and Adobe preferred
