Physical Therapist Assistant

Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities. Using various techniques to help patients, including hands-on therapy, strengthening and stretching exercises, electrical stimulation, ultrasound and ice/heat.

Working with patients to improve their movement and manage their pain with a treatment plan.
