What You'll Do

Apply and remove casts, splints, dressings, sutures, and staples Perform dressing changes using proper aseptic techniques Assemble, fit, adjust, and maintain orthopedic braces and support devices Educate patients on the care and maintenance of casts, braces, dressings, and other orthopedic equipment Accurately document patient information, charges, and treatment-related data in the electronic medical record system Support physicians and clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent Certified or Registered Medical Assistant credential preferred, or EMT/Paramedic experience Strong patient-service skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement Join Our Team At Coastal Orthopedics, every team member contributes to improving patients' lives.
