Customer Service Retail Development Specialist

The Retail Development Specialist supports the growth of James Hardie within Home Depot and Lowe’s by developing strong relationships with ProDesk associates and store leadership.

This is a proactive, relationship-focused Customer Experience role requiring a strong sales mindset. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, personable, resilient, and comfortable engaging associates who may not initially be receptive to outreach. Through active listening, product education, and consistent follow-up, the Retail Development Specialist helps turn retail associates into confident advocates for James Hardie products.
