We Are Hiring: Business Development Officer Kawader For Recruitment is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team in Amman, Jordan.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience or knowledge in lead generation. Ability to conduct cold calls and approach potential clients. Ability to arrange and conduct meetings with clients.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or a related field is a plus.
