Qualifications

What You'll Do

Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles and explain features and technology Conduct test drives with prospective customers Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM Develop and maintain a strong customer base through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up Stay knowledgeable about current Ford products, available inventory, incentives, and promotions Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to ensure a smooth purchasing experience Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals Maintain professional communication and appearance What We're Looking For Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required Sales or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Comfortable working with customers in person, over the phone, by text, and through email Ability to learn vehicle features, technology, and sales processes Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and clean driving record required What We Offer Competitive, performance-based compensation Training and ongoing professional development Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Employee discounts Career growth and advancement opportunities Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
