Job Title: Operations Manager Reports to: VP of Operations Level: Salaried Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, or as per manager’s discretion and business needs
Scope: Responsible for the operational performance, service quality, and financial results of an assigned portfolio of lodge locations — leading site leadership teams, owning budget and P&L accountability, and serving as the primary operational point of contact for clients.
