CHILD CARE PROGRAM ASSISTANT OOY CHILD CARE PROGRAM ASSISTANT Child Care Program Assistant Part-Time – Parenting Division Central Shenandoah Valley Office on Youth. Part-time Program Assistant needed to work on an as-needed basis to support programs of the Central Shenandoah Valley Office on Youth. Selected candidate(s) will provide supervision and activities for youth ranging in age from 0-12.

Work is performed on location at program sites and may take place throughout the Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County areas. The employee must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend hours. High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated ability to relate well with others required. Pay is $12.

41 per hour to start. A valid driver’s license, drug test, and criminal background check are required. Valid CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, prior childcare experience is a plus.
