Must have:

• Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses

• Devise creative, effective, team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders

• Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients

• Motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility

Qualifications:

• Must have valid Washington PT license that is in good standing

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Compassionate and forward thinking

• Effective communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

for roles at Parkside Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Parkside Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Parkside Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
